Scrub: Apply to damp skin, massage in circular motions for a while, then rinse off. Do not use on irritated skin and directly after sunbathing.

Cream: Apply to clean, dry foot skin and massage in until absorbed. Apply regularly – 1 time a day as a preventative measure, and 2 times a day for intensive treatment.

Bath Salt: Dissolve 2-4 teaspoons of salt in 4 litres of water. The recommended bath time is between 7 and approx. 20 minutes. Use the salt only for foot baths! After treatment, do not use urea creams with a concentration of 30% or higher.
