For hair: as preferred.

1. apply a small amount of oil, lightly spread and rub evenly,
2. rub into the entire hair overnight,
3. rub at the roots of the hair for better growth of hair follicles,
4. rub into the ends of the hair so that they are not dry and split.

Repeat the rubbing once a week. If the hair is in a very bad condition it is worth repeating the activity more often. Wash off generously.

For hands and nails: spread a small amount of oil on hands and nails, rubbing in intensively. Using a brush or brush, massage into nails and cuticles.

For eyebrows and eyelashes: apply a small amount of oil (2-3 drops) to an eyelash brush. Then gently brush into eyelashes and eyebrows.
