Weekly Products Promotion
§1. Promotion
- The "Weekly Products" promotion (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion) is organized by Silcare sp. z o.o., based in Gorzów Wielkopolski, ul. Kostrzyńska 1, 66-400 Gorzów Wlkp., NIP: 5993172742, REGON: 081245632 (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer).
- The Promotion is conducted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: Promotion Terms), and in matters not covered herein, please refer to the general terms and conditions at https://nails.silcare.com/pl/terms.html or contact the Organizer directly via email: sklep@silcare.com.
- The Promotion is intended for customers of the Store (hereinafter referred to as Buyers), making purchases in the Organizer’s online store and physical stores.
§2. Promotion Duration

The Promotion runs from April 29, 2025 to May 13, 2025.
§3. Promotion Rules
- The Promotion consists in granting a discount of up to -60% on products listed below. Products in the mentioned categories are only covered by the Promotion.
- Discounted or outlet products are not subject to additional discounts.
- Products included in the Promotion will be marked with a special graphic both in the online store and in physical stores.
- The Promotion may be terminated or limited by the Organizer before the end of the period specified in §2 above.
- During the Promotion, the Customer may participate multiple times after each fulfillment of the participation conditions specified in these Promotion Terms.
- Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.
§4. Withdrawal from a Distance Sales Agreement
- If the Buyer, being a consumer, exercises the statutory right to withdraw from the distance sales agreement, resulting in the non-fulfillment of the conditions specified in §3 above, the Buyer is obliged to return the selected promotional product purchased at a promotional price together with the other goods being returned.
§5. Complaints
- Any complaints regarding the Promotion can be submitted to the Organizer according to the Store Terms, in particular via email to the Organizer’s correspondence address: sklep@silcare.com.
- The complaint should include at least the following information: Buyer's identification and address details, order number, description of the issue forming the basis for the complaint, and photos of the defect/damage. The Organizer will strive to respond to complaints within 7 days of receipt, with a maximum period of 14 days. §6. Final Provisions
- All inquiries regarding the Promotion should be directed to the Organizer’s correspondence address: ul. Kostrzyńska 1, 66-400 Gorzów Wielkopolski, or by email: sklep@silcare.com.
- In matters not covered by the Promotion Terms and the Store Terms, the relevant provisions of generally applicable Polish law shall apply.
