Promotion “Nappa + podiatry -30%”

§1. Promotion

  1. The “Nappa + Podology -30%” promotion (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion) is organized by Silcare sp. z o.o. based in Gorzów Wielkopolski, ul. Kostrzyńska 1, 66-400 Gorzów Wlkp., NIP: 5993172742, REGON: 081245632 (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer).
  2. The Promotion is conducted in accordance with these terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion Terms), and all matters not regulated herein shall be subject to the general store regulations: https://nails.silcare.com/pl/terms.html, or can be directly addressed to the Organizer via email: sklep@silcare.com.
  3. The Promotion is addressed to customers (hereinafter: Buyers) making purchases in the Organizer's online store or in drugstores.

§2. Duration

  1. The Promotion is valid from April 9, 2025 to April 30, 2025.

  2. The above-mentioned products are only included in this promotion.
  3. Discounted and outlet products are not eligible for additional discounts.
  4. Promotional products will be marked with a special graphic in the online store and drugstores.
  5. The Organizer may terminate or limit the promotion before the end date specified in §2.
  6. During the promotion period, customers can participate multiple times, provided they meet the participation conditions each time.
  7. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.

§4. Withdrawal from the distance contract

  1. If the Buyer – being a consumer – exercises the statutory right to withdraw from the distance sales contract, and the conditions mentioned in §3 are not met, the Buyer must return the selected promotional product purchased at a discounted price together with other returned goods.

§5. Complaints

  1. Any complaints regarding the Promotion can be submitted to the Organizer via the contact details provided in the Store Terms, especially via email: sklep@silcare.com.
  2. The complaint should include at least: Buyer’s identification and address details, order number, description of the issue, and photos of the defect/damage. The Organizer will make efforts to resolve the complaint within 7 days. The maximum period for complaint handling is 14 days. §6. Final provisions

  1. All inquiries regarding the Promotion should be addressed to the Organizer at ul. Kostrzyńska 1, 66-400 Gorzów Wielkopolski or via email: sklep@silcare.com
  2. In all matters not regulated by the Promotion Terms or Store Terms, the applicable laws of Poland shall apply.
