Promotion "Happy Hour"

§1. Promotion

  1. The "Happy Hour" promotion (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion) is organized by Silcare sp. z o.o. sp. k., located at Kostrzyńska 1, 66-400 Gorzów Wielkopolski, Poland, VAT ID: 5993172742, REGON: 081245632, (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer).
  2. The Promotion is conducted in accordance with these terms and conditions (hereinafter: Promotion Terms), and for any matters not regulated herein, reference should be made to the general terms at, or directly to the Organizer via email:
  3. The Promotion is aimed at customers of the Store (hereinafter: Buyers) who make purchases of products specified in §3 at the Organizer's online store at

§2. Duration

  1. The promotional action lasts from 16.04.2024 until further notice.

  2. The Promotion takes place every day (among those mentioned in point §2.1) between 8 p.m. and 11 p.m.

§3. Promotion Rules

  1. The Promotion involves a 20% discount on the entire order placed.
  2. The discount is automatically applied after adding products to the cart in the online store.
  3. The Promotion includes all Silcare brand products available in the online store, excluding products from the 'new' category, marathon drills, and 1 kg gels.
  4. The Organizer reserves the right to end or limit the Promotion before the expiry of the time specified in §2 above.
  5. During the Promotion, a Buyer can participate multiple times (an unlimited number of times), each time meeting the conditions of participation in the Promotion specified in these Terms.
  6. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.
  7. This Promotion does not combine with other promotions and loyalty discounts offered by the Organizer.
  8. The action applies to purchases up to a maximum of 500 PLN.

§4. Withdrawal from a Distance Selling Contract

  1. A consumer who has entered into a Sales Contract may withdraw from it within 14 days without stating a reason.
  2. If a Buyer – who is a Consumer – exercises the statutory right to withdraw from a distance sales contract, the conditions mentioned in §3 above will not be met. In such a case, the Buyer is obliged to return the promotional product purchased at a promotional price along with other goods being returned as part of the withdrawal from the sales contract.
  3. In the event of withdrawal from the Sales Contract, the Consumer bears only the direct costs of returning the Goods.

§5. Complaints

  1. Any complaints regarding the Promotion can be addressed to the Organizer according to the contact details indicated in the Store's Regulations, to the Organizer's mailing address or via email:

The complaint should include the following information: identification and address details of the Buyer, order number, description of the issue that is the basis for the complaint, photos of the defect/damage. The Organizer will make efforts to address the complaint within 7 days of its receipt. The maximum period for addressing complaints is 14 days. For more information on complaints, refer to §7 of the Store's regulations:

  2. In areas not regulated in the Promotion Terms and the Store's Regulations, the provisions of the generally applicable law in Poland apply (including, but not limited to, the provisions of the Civil Code, Consumer Rights Act).
