Promotion "Halloween 2024"

§1. Promotion

1. The "Halloween 2024" promotion (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion) is organized by Silcare sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Gorzów Wielkopolski, ul. Kostrzyńska 1, 66-400 Gorzów Wlkp., NIP: 5993172742, REGON: 081245632 (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer).
2. The Promotion is conducted by these regulations (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion Regulations). For any matters not regulated herein, please refer to the general rules at https://nails.silcare.com/en/terms.html or contact the Organizer directly via email: sklep@silcare.com
3. The Promotion is addressed to the Store's customers (hereinafter referred to as Buyers) who make purchases in the Organizer's online store and drugstores.

§2. Duration

1. The Promotion runs from October 14, 2024, to October 31, 2024 (11:59 PM).

1. The products mentioned above are subject to a discount from the retail price with the code - HALLOWEEN15, which must be entered at checkout.
2. The products from the above list are only subject to this promotion.
3. The Promotion applies to all Silcare brand products in the online store, except for devices, Marathon drill machines, and 1 kg gels.
4. Discounted or outlet products are not eligible for additional discounts.
5. The products the Promotion covers will be marked with unique graphics in the online store and drugstores.
6. The Organizer may terminate or limit the Promotion before the expiry date mentioned in §2 above.
7. During this Promotion, the Client may participate multiple times if the participation conditions outlined in these Regulations are met each time.
8. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.

§4. Withdrawal from a Distance Sales Contract

1. If the Buyer - being a consumer - exercises the statutory right to withdraw from a distance sales contract, and as a result, the conditions referred to in §3 above are not met, the Buyer is obliged to return the selected promotional product purchased at a promotional price along with the other goods returned under the withdrawal from the sales contract.

§5. Complaints

1. Any complaints regarding the Promotion can be submitted to the Organizer by the details specified in the Store Regulations, particularly via email to the Organizer’s correspondence address: sklep@silcare.com.
2. The complaint should include at least the following data: Buyer's identification and address details, order number, description of the issue being the basis of the complaint, and photos of the defect/damage. The Organizer will make efforts to resolve the complaint within 7 days of its receipt. The maximum time for handling the complaint is 14 days. §6. Final Provisions

1. Any questions regarding the Promotion should be directed to the Organizer’s correspondence address: ul. Kostrzyńska 1, 66-400 Gorzów Wielkopolski or to the email address: sklep@silcare.com
2. In matters not regulated in the Promotion and Store Regulations, the applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply.
