The Polish Union of Cosmetics Industry

Silcare is the member of the Polish Union of Cosmetics Industry. Any manufacturer of cosmetics industry can become a member as long as they will act in accordance with the Union’s Code of Ethics, comply with applicable labor law and rules of sound, fair competition.

We joined Kosmetyczni.pl as an ordinary member, and to be one, an entrepreneur who runs a business activity in cosmetics industry has to be:

• a manufacturer, a sole representative of a manufacturer or a sole representative of a brand, offering final cosmetic products (as defined by EU Directive 76/768/EEC),
• a school educating for the needs of cosmetics industry,
• a laboratory performing orders for cosmetics industry,
• a subcontractor involved in the process of cosmetic production, conducting service activity for a manufacturer.
