Promotion "Colorful Hybrid Nail Polishes from Silcare 2+1"
§1. Promotion
- The promotion "Colorful Hybrid Nail Polishes from Silcare 2+1" (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion) is organized by Silcare sp. z o.o. sp. k. with its registered office in Gorzów Wielkopolski, ul. Kostrzyńska 1, 66-400 Gorzów Wlkp., NIP: 5993172742, REGON: 081245632 (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer).
- The Promotion is conducted in accordance with these terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion Rules), and for any matters not regulated herein, refer to the general regulations at https://nails.silcare.com/pl/terms.html, or contact the Organizer directly via email: sklep@silcare.com.
- The Promotion is addressed to customers of the Store (hereinafter referred to as Buyers) who purchase products specified in the Organizer's online store at: www.nails.silcare.com.
§2. Duration
The promotional campaign runs from 11.12.2024 to 24.12.2024
§3. Promotion Rules
- The promotion applies to the hybrid nail polish lines: maniMORE, SoPRO, and Flexy. Buy colorful hybrid nail polishes from maniMORE, SoPRO, and Flexy, and get the 3 cheapest products for just a few cents!. Products not included in this promotion:
- Flexy sets
- maniMORE sets
- SoPRO sets
- Hybrid manicure sets
- Outlet - The discount is applied automatically when products are added to the cart in the online store or at the checkout in physical stores.
- Discounted or outlet products are not eligible for additional discounts.
- Products included in the Promotion will be marked with a special graphic in the online store and physical stores.
- The Organizer reserves the right to terminate or limit the Promotion before the specified end date as mentioned in §2 above.
- During the Promotion period, Buyers may participate multiple times, provided the participation conditions outlined in these Promotion Rules are met each time.
- Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.
- This Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions or loyalty discounts offered by the Organizer.
§4. Withdrawal from a Distance Sales Agreement
- Consumers who have entered into a sales agreement may withdraw from it within 14 days without providing a reason.
- If a Buyer, who is a Consumer, exercises their statutory right to withdraw from the distance sales agreement, the conditions specified in §3 above will not be met. In such a situation, the Buyer must return the promotional product purchased at the promotional price along with other goods returned under the withdrawal from the sales agreement.
- In the event of withdrawal from the sales agreement, the Consumer bears only the direct costs of returning the goods.
§5. Complaints
- Complaints regarding the Promotion can be submitted to the Organizer using the contact details provided in the Store Regulations, to the Organizer’s correspondence address, or via email: sklep@silcare.com.
- The complaint should include the following details: identification and address data of the Buyer, order number, description of the problem being the basis for the complaint, and photos of the defect/damage. The Organizer will make every effort to resolve the complaint within 7 days from the date of receipt. The maximum complaint resolution period is 14 days. §6. Final Provisions
- Any questions regarding the Promotion should be addressed to the Organizer’s correspondence address: ul. Kostrzyńska 1, 66-400 Gorzów Wielkopolski, or via email: sklep@silcare.com.
- For matters not regulated in the Promotion Rules and Store Regulations, the provisions of generally applicable Polish law shall apply (including, but not limited to, the Civil Code, the Consumer Rights Act).
