Promotion "Body Care Cosmetics -10%"
§1. Promotion
- The "Body Care Cosmetics -10%" promotion (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion) is organized by Silcare sp. z o.o., headquartered in Gorzów Wielkopolski, ul. Kostrzyńska 1, 66-400 Gorzów Wlkp., NIP: 5993172742, REGON: 081245632 (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer).
- The Promotion is conducted in accordance with these terms and conditions (hereinafter: Promotion Terms), while any issues not regulated herein shall be referred to the general store regulations at https://nails.silcare.com/pl/terms.html, or directly to the Organizer via email: sklep@silcare.com.
- The Promotion is directed at the customers of the Store (hereinafter referred to as Buyers) who make purchases in the Organizer's online store and drugstores.
§2. Duration

The Promotion runs from November 15, 2024, to November 29, 2024.
§3. Promotion Rules
- The Promotion consists of granting a -10% discount on products from the "Care" category, excluding cosmetic sets.
- During the Promotion, products are covered by a specific discount code – CARE10, which must be entered in the cart.
- The products in the aforementioned category are covered only by this promotion.
- Discounted products or those from the outlet section are not eligible for additional discounts.
- Products included in the Promotion will be marked with special graphics in the online store and drugstores.
- The Promotion may be terminated or limited by the Organizer before the end of the period mentioned in §2 above.
- During the Promotion, the Buyer can participate multiple times, each time meeting the participation conditions specified in these Terms.
- Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.
§4. Withdrawal from the Distance Sales Agreement
- If the Buyer – being a consumer – exercises their statutory right to withdraw from the distance sales agreement, resulting in the conditions mentioned in §3 above not being met, the Buyer is obligated to return the selected promotional product purchased at a promotional price along with the other items returned under the sales agreement withdrawal.
§5. Complaints
- Any complaints regarding the Promotion can be submitted to the Organizer as specified in the Store Terms, particularly via email to the Organizer's contact address: sklep@silcare.com.
- The complaint should include at least the following data: the Buyer’s identification and address details, order number, description of the issue forming the basis of the complaint, and photos of the defect/damage. The Organizer will make efforts to resolve the complaint within 7 days from receipt. The maximum time for complaint resolution is 14 days. §6. Final Provisions
- Any questions regarding the use of the Promotion should be directed to the Organizer’s contact address: ul. Kostrzyńska 1, 66-400 Gorzów Wielkopolski or to the email address: sklep@silcare.com.
- For matters not regulated in the Promotion Terms and Store Terms, the relevant provisions of generally applicable Polish law shall apply.
