- The whole procedure should take no more than 10-15 minutes.
- Take a shower after the brushing, to flush out dead skin cells from the body.
- Now your body will drink in every cosmetic which you will apply on the skin. It will absorb nutritional and moisturizing substances much better than after a bath without dry brushing.
- Remember to clean your brush frequently with a shampoo.
The type of brush, which you will choose, depends only on you. Try out a few models, for example, one with a long handle or a brush with a knob handle and compare which of them is the most comfortable to use. Do not forget to check the hardness of the bristles; for starters, it is worth to get a medium hard.
