REGULAMIN AKCJI PROMOCYJNEJ – „PROMOCJA BASE ONE” 2020

POSTANOWIENIA OGÓLNE

  1. Niniejszy Regulamin określa zasady i warunki przeprowadzenia Akcji Promocyjnej „Base One”.
  2. Organizatorem akcji jest firma Silcare Spółka z o.o. sp. k. z siedzibą
    w Gorzowie Wielkopolskim, ul. Kostrzyńska 1, NIP: 599-317-27-42, REGON: 211290351, zwany dalej „Organizatorem”.
  3. Akcją Promocyjną objęty jest sklep internetowy Silcare www.nails.silcare.com oraz drogerie stacjonarne Silcare na terenie całej Polski.
  4. W przypadku sklepu internetowego, Akcja Promocyjna rozpoczyna się 30.09.2020 r. o godzinie 08:00, a w przypadku drogerii stacjonarnych – od godziny otwarcia w dniu 25.07.2020 r. Akcja trwa do wyczerpania zapasów.
  5. Korzystając z Akcji Promocyjnej, Uczestnik akceptuje warunki i treść niniejszego Regulaminu, dzięki czemu spełnia warunki uczestnictwa.

POSTANOWIENIA KOŃCOWE

  1. Prawa i obowiązki Organizatora i uczestników Akcji Promocyjnej określone są wyłącznie w niniejszym Regulaminie oraz we właściwych przepisach prawa.
  2. W sprawach spornych dotyczących zasad Akcji Promocyjnej, Organizator powołuje osoby upoważnione do regulacji praw i zasad akcji.
  3. W sprawach nieuregulowanych niniejszym Regulaminem zastosowanie mają przepisy Kodeksu Cywilnego.

Niniejszy Regulamin wchodzi w życie w chwili rozpoczęcia Akcji Promocyjnej.
