TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALES PROMOTION CAMPAIGN – 2020 “BASE ONE PROMOTION”

General Provisions

  1. These Regulations define the Terms and Conditions of conducting the “Base One” Sales Promotion Campaign.
  2. The Organizer of the Sales Promotion Campaign is Silcare Spółka z o.o. sp. k. with its registered office in Gorzów Wielkopolski, Kostrzyńska 1 Street, NIP: 599-317-27-42, REGON: 211290351, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer".
  3. The Sales Promotion Campaign covers Silcare’s online store nails.silcare.com and Silcare’s retail stores throughout Poland.
  4. In the case of Silcare’s online store, the Sales Promotion Campaign starts on September 30, 2020 at 8 a.m., and in the case of retail stores – on July 25, 2020 at their opening hour. The Sales Promotion Campaign lasts until stocks are exhausted.
  5. By taking part in the Sales Promotion Campaign, the Participant accepts the rules and the content of these Regulations, so that the Participant meets the conditions of participation.

  1. In order to purchase a Base One Gel at a special price of PLN 5.99 per piece, choose at least one product from the ones listed below from the “Base One Promotion” category and add it to your shopping cart:

  1. In the case of purchase of products at a retail store, the products will be automatically and appropriately discounted at the cash register.
  2. The list of products covered by the sales promotion available on the online store and individual retail stores may differ and it depends on the available assortment of goods.
  3. The Organizer limits the purchase amount to 50 pieces in total.

 

FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. The rights and obligations of the Organizer and Participants of the Sales Promotion Campaign are defined exclusively in these Regulations and in relevant legal regulations.
  2. In disputes concerning the Rules of the Sales Promotion Campaign, the Organizer appoints persons authorized to regulate the rights and principles of the Sales Promotion Campaign.
  3. In case of matters not regulated by these Rules, the provisions of the Civil Code apply.

These Terms and Conditions come into force at the moment when the Sales Promotion Campaign starts.
