Innovation Leader of Lubuskie

The “Innovation Leader of Lubuskie” contest addressed to all companies – irrespective of their size, type of ownership or economic sector – that consequently develop and implement broadly defined innovative solutions in their actions. The contest has been operating since 2013 as an integral part of “Business Leader of Lubuskie”.

The participating companies are assessed in four categories:

- micro-enterprises – employing up to 9 employees

- small enterprises – employing between 10 and 49 employees

- mid-sized enterprises – employing between 50 and 249 employees

- big enterprises – employing at least 250 employees.

In 2018, 13 participants competed to obtain the title. The figurine went, among others, to Silcare company that took part in the “big enterprises” category.
